Handwoven with undyed Corriedale and Merino wool, Solstice Blankets feature alternating bands of texture and color that create a subtle tone on tone effect. These elegant blankets are made with pure undyed wools. The variation in color comes from the natural hues of the different types of wool.
Available in three soothing neutral color combinations, these blankets coordinate well with any decor. These distinctive "summer weight" blankets are also extraordinarily soft and warm without being the least bit heavy. All-natural wool wicks away moisture as you sleep, helping to regulate temperature and give you a better night's rest.
On king size blankets, the bands of color are oriented vertically with silk borders at left and right. On doubles and queens, bands run horizontally with silk borders at top and bottom.
Woven, washed and finished at our mill on the Lamoille River in Wolcott, Vermont, where the same water that turned the first wheel in 1871 still runs past the dye house.
Dry clean, or hand wash cold and dry flat
Wool does not need washing nearly as often as people think. Air it outside on a
dry day and most of what you would wash out simply leaves on its own. When it does
need water, use a wool-safe soap, never hot, and never a machine dryer unless the
label above says otherwise.
Pills in the first season are normal on a napped face. Shave them off with a
sweater comb and the cloth settles for good.

We pick, pack and ship from the mill Monday through Friday. Orders placed before
2 p.m. Eastern generally leave the same day. Ground service runs 2–6 business
days depending on your state; expedited options are offered at checkout.
If a piece is not right, send it back within 60 days in its original condition
