Returns and Exchanges

The short version

Sixty days, unused, original condition, full refund to the original payment method. The first return of any order ships back on us within the contiguous United States.

How to start one

1. Email support@shuttlebrookwoolenmill.shop with your order number and what you are sending back.
2. We reply with a prepaid label, usually the same day.
3. Pack the piece in its original wrapping if you still have it, or anything clean and dry if you do not.
4. We inspect and refund within three business days of arrival. Banks take another three to five to post it.

Exchanges

Tell us what you want instead and we ship it as soon as the return scans, rather than waiting for it to arrive.

What cannot come back

• Monogrammed and embroidered pieces.
• Made-to-order sizes.
• Anything washed, used or stored with a scented product.
• Mill Seconds returned for the flaw described on the product page.

Mill Seconds

These are pieces our inspectors pulled for a slub, a mis-pick, a short measure or a colour drift. The flaw is described on the page and photographed where it is visible. They are structurally sound and carry the same lifetime re-binding service. If you receive one with a flaw we did not describe, send it back and we will refund it.

Repairs, forever

Bindings wear before cloth does. Send us any wool blanket we wove, at any age, and we will re-bind the edge for the cost of shipping. It comes back with a small tag in the corner recording the year it was made and the year it was mended.
