Accessibility

We want every part of this site usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.

What we have done

• Semantic headings and landmarks throughout, so a screen reader can skip by structure.
• Text alternatives on every product photograph.
• Visible focus outlines on every interactive element, and full keyboard operation of the filters, the gallery, the cart drawer and checkout.
• Contrast ratios that meet WCAG 2.1 AA for body text and interface labels.
• Form fields with persistent labels, and error messages tied to the field they describe rather than relying on hint text alone.
• Layouts that reflow to 320 px without horizontal scrolling.

Known gaps

Some older product photographs have generic alternative text. We are rewriting them as the catalogue is re-shot.
